Pro Series 83660 Value Friction Sway Control
Friction sway control bar works with Class III and IV hitches. Can be installed on left or right side of the hitch. Not to be used with surge breaks. The purpose of this bar is to keep the trailer and vehicle stable while on the road.
Pro tip: when using a sway control bar, don't tighten it too much -- it will squeal and screech as you drive! When in non-window conditions, tighten it down enough for the friction bar to prevent minor sways while driving. When the wind or roads are crazy consider tightening it a bit more.
When you are pulling into a site, especially early morning or night, consider loosening the sway bar to reduce the noise it'll cause your neighbors! They may not thank you but they definitely won't hate you for waking them up early.
